If you are not able to accept the delivery in person, it will be left in a safe place - unless you ask the courier (through the link provided) to act otherwise, such as leaving with a neighbour.

Although we work closely with couriers to ensure this is a rarity, we understand that breakages still happen. Please email our team at help@earthenpots.co.uk with pictures of the damaged goods and we'll work with you to resolve as soon as possible.
